Fees

Registration and entry to the exhibition and case histories is FREE to healthcare, social care and third-sector organisations. There is a charge for lunch (see details).

Participation rate for all others is:
£250.00 + £43.75 VAT (total £293.75). This includes a finger buffet lunch.

Lunch facilities

Non-fee-paying visitors can pre-book a packed lunch at a cost of £6.90 including VAT, or a finger buffet at a cost of £11.25 including VAT.

There will be no facilities for purchasing food and drink at the Lakeside Centre. You may bring your own food to be consumed outside the Centre.

Please indicate your requirement on the booking form and include the appropriate amount in your payment.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Full refunds, less a 20% administration fee, will be given on and substitutions cancellations made up to 20 September 2007. Thereafter the full fee is payable. Substitutions will be accepted.

Please note

If any of the advertised speakers are unable to attend the conference, the organisers reserve the right, without prior notice, to make alterations and substitutions to the programme. Participants will have no claim against BJHC Limited.
